Pescados Teresa

This is a family business with a history spanning three generations, all dedicated to the sale of fresh fish. Its journey began in 1951 when Teresa Clemente Fuentes set up a stall in the Olivar Market, where it has remained ever since and where they continue to offer a friendly and trustworthy service to their customers.

After her, her daughter-in-law, Maria Magdalena Marqués Cabot, took over. Today, the third generation, represented by her grandson Pep Cunill Marqués, is responsible for its management.

They offer a wide variety of seasonal products attractively displayed, caught by the family with their small fishing boat, the ‘Teresa Segundo’. In addition to fresh fish and seafood, special mention must be made of the jonquillo (chanquete) and rock fish, some of the most popular products among regular customers.

The stall retains the traditional spirit and accumulated experience of three generations and is highly regarded within the market. The trade name refers to both the founder of the fishmonger’s and the boat they used to go fishing.
