Vins Nadal

Vins Nadal is a winery founded by Miquel Nadal Fiol in 1932. Today Esperança Nadal Galmés, the fourth generation of the family, runs the business. In the bodega, innovation and tradition go hand in hand, as well as the defence of the environment, local grape varieties and Mallorcan culture.

They currently produce wine under the seal of the Binissalem Mallorca Denomination of Origin with the brand name Albaflor, the name of the first wine produced in Mallorca by Archduke Ludwig Salvator of Austria.

The winery’s extraordinary cellar, excavated in stone, holds the barrels where they replenish the wines that will become crianzas and reservas, both characterised by long stays in barrels, a minimum of one year for the crianza wines and two years for the reservas and bottled wines.

They cultivate their own vines and those of small farms in the region of the Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Manto Negro, Moll and Moscatel varieties, from which they make their signature wines and varietals, made with at least 80% of the same grape variety. The oldest vines, up to sixty years old, are used to make the best wines.

Since 2014 they have been promoting wine tourism. They offer a family experience with a personalised service where they explain their production and their history through guided visits to the vineyards and the winery, and where you can enjoy tastings of their wines accompanied by typical Mallorcan products and gastronomy.
