Pastisseria Fina

The pastry business was started in the summer of 1953 by Antoni Planells and Berta Tur, parents of Narciso Planells, husband of Fina Noguera, after whom the establishment is named.

But it was in 1989 when the second generation of the Planells Noguera family, the married couple formed by Narciso and Fina, became independent and moved to other premises, promoting what is now Pastisseria Fina. Later, in 1994, they opened the premises where they are today.

In this family business, bakery and pastry products are made, such as country bread, cakes, Easter cakes, nougat, Christmas sauces, Christmas cakes, and cakes, among others. You can also place personalised orders for christenings, communions and weddings, and they have typical products from Eivissa such as flaó, ensaimadas, orelletes and turrones made with Ibizan herbs and café caleta, all of which are handmade.

As well as a bakery, it also functions as a farm, offering, among other products, chocolate with churros. Although it is not on display, they still have the original machines for making churros, the manual one from 1978 and the automatic one from 1979.
